How can I book a shoot?

Booking a photoshoot with Poppy is super simple! All you need to do is head over to our Contact page. There you can state your expectations for the shoot, location and group size, then Poppy will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can you travel to my studio?

Poppy has her handy dandy car and fully transportable kit which means she can travel to you to make your colourful dreams come true! For travel outside of Bristol, transport and accommodation fees will be added to the price of your photoshoot. To find out more, please get in touch with Poppy.

How long do I have to wait for my edited images?

Poppy aim’s to get your final images to you as soon as possible, but the maximum wait time can be up to 3 months from the date you receive your watermarked images. Clients who order over 10 additional edited images may need to wait a little longer to receive their final images, but Poppy strives to work hard and fast to ensure that everyone received their perfect images.

Events Images are fast tracked so that the performers can relive the thrill of the show! Poppy aims to get all event images edited and added to your personal gallery within 2 weeks of the event date.

Can I cancel my shoot?

You are able to cancel your shoot up too 2 weeks in advance and will receive a full deposit refund. If you are wanting to cancel your shoot after 2 weeks in advance, then you will not receive a deposit refund.

Can I rearrange my shoot date?

Yes! If you get in touch with Poppy 2 weeks in advance to your shoot date, then she will be able to arrange an alternative date that works best for you. Please be aware that Poppy is currently taking future bookings throughout the year so rearrangement dates will vary according to Poppy’s availability.

How long will you keep my images for? OR I’ve lost my images, can they please be resent?

Poppy will keep your images in your personal Gallery on Pixieset for 1 month. She recommends that you download all of your images as soon as you get them. After a month, your Gallery will be deleted, but Poppy will keep a digital back up of your images for up to a year. So please pop Poppy a email if you have lost your images and would like them resent.

I want to book an outdoor shoot. What do I need?

This will depend on what type of shoot you are looking for! If you are wanting to book an outdoor aerial shoot, then all aerial equipment will need to be provided by yourselves. We also recommend bringing a few outfit to get the most out of your booking.

Can I book you for my event?

Of course! Poppy has working with a range of event organisers and would love to help capture yours.
